BIOS:
Luis Rojas has taught and danced tango in 2004 in Mar Del Plata. In 2009, he moved to Buenos Aires to teach. Around this time, he began to tour across Europe as a guest instructor, performer, and DJ in Italy, France, Belgium, Netherlands, and Spain. He continues to tour Europe on a regular basis and now returns to the United States to share his knowledge and experience. Luis’ passionate and musical milonguero style has made him a sought after partner and teacher wherever he goes.
Agustin Rojas is the son of Luis Rojas. He has an extensive background and experience in tango under his father’s coaching. At his very young age, he has participated in many events in Italy and Buenos Aires as a dancer and DJ. He has assisted his father in teaching tango in Italy.
This is the first time a father will be assisted by his son in teaching tango in the U.S. It will also be Agustin’s first visit to a university in the U.S. and, hopefully, the start of a very successful career as a dancer and teacher. We are honored to be working with this wonderful and talented family.
