"Sweat It Out" Dance Fitness Competition

WOW! What an amazing opportunity for Dance Fitness instructors! HipHopRedefined's "SWEAT it OUT" Group Fitness Dance Competition.
Rules:
1) One professional instructor (must hold a current fitness certification ie. zumba-group fitness-step-kick ect.) plus 2-5 dancers. The "dancers" can be people who attend your classes or other instructors; however, the group can not be more than 50% certified instructors. At least half of each group must be amateurs. Minimum 3 people per group, maximum 6.
2) All song lyrics, choreography and costumes must be family friendly. No curse words or suggestive language; songs condoning violence of any kind will not be allowed.
3) Time limit is 6 minutes. Music may be edited/mixed but may not exceed 6 minutes from start to finish. Time will begin from first note of music or first movement of choreography, whichever is first. Music tags for exits are not allowed. You may enter with music if that is the choreography.
4) All members of each team must remain on site for the entire competition.
5) All members of each team must participate in the group warm up and open class.
6) All members of each team must be present for their assigned stage rehearsal the morning of the event.
7) All team members must be at least 18 years or older.
Fees:
General admission to watch the competition (includes admission and the open class following the competition): $10 adults; $5 up to 10 years old and seniors over 55.
Team fee: $50.00
Open Class:
Every paid admission may participate in the open class following the competition. Those attending under 18 may participate with parental consent. Every person participating in the open class must sign a waiver prior to the start of the class
