Presenting DCX's monthly class series; ALWAYS OPEN, ALWAYS FREE!
Our first class in April is a Hip-Hop Class taught by Anwar on Tuesday, April 5th from 6:30 PM-8:00 PM in Studio 1!
Anwar began dancing in 2011 primarily with a New Jersey Hip Hop dance company called Raps Dance Troupe. He was a member for four years and a director for two. Since then, he has been continuously training and plans to improve in all aspects of dance. He currently attends University of Maryland studying Dance. Anwar has experience teaching Hip Hop classes to students from ages 15-20. Additionally, He has performed in various productions in and out of campus. Currently, he is a member of Culture Shock DC and an alumni of Dynamic Dance Team. Anwar hopes to share his passion for dance through his own movement and would love to share it with anyone who is willing to learn!
