DANCE+CUBA SWIFT+FUN=SALSA HIP HOP DANCE PARTY!
Salsa Hip Hop dance & fitness is a workout experience designed for all ages and all walks of life. Anyone can do it!!! This unique concept combines Afro Cuban music and dance styles with hip-hop urban rhythms and easy to follow routines laced with Cuba Swift’s creative teaching methods. The objective is to get people moving again by being relevant with a sound that will stimulate their physical activity. What better way to introduce this then by combining two genres of music that have been instrumental in reaching the masses by crossing cultural, social, and ethnic barriers? This is “The Salsa Hip Hop Experience” according to “Cuba Swift.”
Days & Times: Sunday May 22nd 1pm-3pm
Cost: Members-$25 dollars per person. Non-members $35 Includes a free drink coupon for glass of wine, beer or smoothie.
