Salsa is an energetic dance that is EXTREMELY fun to learn and is the perfect way to get your cardio workout in during the week! Often described as sexy, Salsa allows you to unleash your confidence and personality on the dance floor by providing you with an opportunity to shine!
Jessica Ladd will be teaching an hour long lesson on Tuesday September 13th. She'll cover the basic steps before moving into some fun patterns for you! The lesson starts at 7:15pm SHARP and a social dance will follow where we'll play a variety of music from the other Ballroom styles :)
Salsa is one of the most common social dances available and is a PERFECT addition to your dance repertoire! :)
