And we celebrate the beautiful season with Kick A❤❤ Dance Workout!!
Come and join my monthly 90mins dance party!
Super fun, but it is a serious workout. ;-)
This time, guest instructor is.... LaTosha Wilson!!
We've been dancing friends more than a decade!
She'll bring her signature format 'Hip Hop HIITs' (High Intensity Interval Training)!
You'll love it!!

Color Code: Purple, Orange, Black → Yup! Halloween colors! (optional, but fun to be matched!)
<Things what you need to bring>
*$10 (Cash only) - Children under 12yrs old are Free (Just make sure they don't disturb other participants)
*Comfortable clothes for dancing and sweating! & sport shoes (no heels, no bare feet)
*Water and Towel
★There's no bathroom inside the studio. We use the public restroom inside the mall.
★Please arrive a little earlier to fill out a waiver form if this is your very first time attending my 90mins event.

**If you're coming with your FAMILY MEMBERS (your spouse, partner, children, sisters or brothers, etc), please make sure that you tell us when you check in and pay the $10.
★you & 1 family member → $15 (instead of $20)
★you & 2 family members → $20 (instead of $30)
(children under 12yrs old are not count)
✦PLEASE UNDERSTAND that if you're dancing with your toddler, we might need to ask you to switch your spot to safer space if we think it's necessary. Everyone's safety first.
