Hip-Hop Belly Dance Combination Creation :: with Karen Bradford from Columbus, OH ~ Fine tune your ear to break down musical cues to help you create hip hop infused belly dance combinations. Experience how to make your belly dance moves pop and lock and your hip hop move smooth and sultry.
4:00-5:30pm
Dynamic Arms & Hands :: with Amy Gibson from Louisville, KY ~ During this workshop we will break down several different arm patterns that borrow from various forms of dance. We will learn techniques on how to flow hand movements naturally with the arms, shoulders, and body. Expect there to be a bit of Kathak movements blended into the mix to add a little spice. Students will walk away with a better understanding of how the arms can make their dance more dynamic.
