Key characteristics of the Foxtrot are smooth gliding steps with controlled movement and an easygoing look. The Foxtrot can be danced to many styles of music.
Now that you have been introduced to the basic rhythm, charcter, basic steps and the first few figures / patterns of Foxtrot in the Level I or 101. You are ready to add to your repertoire of figures / patterns, you will be introduced to styling at this level and continue to perfect your footwork and frame.
