Have a fitness resolution in 2018? Always wanted to try belly dance? Looking for a way to meet new friends? Now is your chance to join one of the largest belly dance schools in the Metro!
Belly dance is a fantastic way to strengthen your body, improve flexibility, and take an hour just for you! During this series of four classes, we learn the basic posture, isolations, and travel steps that are essential for belly dance technique. This class is specifically geared towards people with little or no belly dance experience so we all learn together. After the completion of the introductory session, you will be invited to join my weekly beginner's classes! We have a great time and work hard. We meet every Thursday in January at 5:45 in Overland Park.
The session is $40 (for the set of four classes). Due to space constraints, the class size is limited to 10 participants.
