Albert Moraga will be making an appearance at Essence Of Life to guide us through a cardio packed teen/adult hip-hop class! Albert's class will focus on self expression through music. It will flow through a warm up, stretches, and choreography to get your heart pumping to the beat.
No previous dance experience is needed to attend, but an open mind and willingness to laugh and have fun is!
