First Saturday of Every Month. Hosted by Argentine Tango Detroit TDS. 9:00pm-1:00am. 15. Elaine Marrero has been the face behind Troy Dance Studio for nearly 40 years. She was born in New York but moved to Puerto Rico as a young child where she nurtured and embraced her love for latin rhythms and dancing. Her first dance teaching opportunity presented itself when she was 16 and the rest is history.
