This class is taught as part of a progressive series, meaning that each week builds on the previous week's information. Progressive classes restart at the beginning of every month. Students should start with Week 1 of the series, and take classes consecutively. Most students need to repeat an entire series for 3 - 4 months before they are ready to be promoted to the next level. This ensures enough repetitions to create muscle memory so that additional skills can be added on in the next level.
