Appropriate for beginner and advanced ballet dancers, this open level class begins with a full classical barre, followed by a moving-in-the-center. Katerina Lubek adapts the center choreography to challenge and benefit all levels, offering simple steps for those new to ballet and more complex combinations for advanced dancers. All students increase core and leg strength, develop balance and learn correct arm, foot and spinal positions.
