Want to become physically and artistically stronger? In this class students will learn more performance ready style, technique, posture, layering, fluid arm movement, advanced isolations and serpent-like body movements. This class will also include sassy choreography with or without props. Each class will begin with an intense body conditioning warm up and drills to improve muscle control and memory, and isolation skills including layering. Be prepared to sweat at home as well.
