Looking for a place to dance? Ever wanted to learn how to dance?
This is the place for you!
No matter the age, no matter the skill level, we want you to join us for a fun weekly dance event in downtown Lake Geneva.
𝐒𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞:
7:00 - 7:30 PM - Beginner Dance Lesson with a different move each week
7:30 - 9 PM - Social Dancing

𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐭: $5 - $10 per Person (Pay what you can)

No partner required.
Lake Geneva Swing hosts social dance events and everyone is welcome no matter the skill level.
We encourage asking one another to dance regardless of if you're a lead or a follow. Plus, dancing with new partners is one of the best ways to refine our dancing skills. However, we understand not everyone is comfortable switching partners and it is not required.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐭𝐲𝐩𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐮𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐝𝐨 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐲?
Swing dance can be performed to almost any music; we play a variety ranging from big band, classic rock and roll, to more modern songs.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐮𝐞 𝐥𝐢𝐤𝐞?
You'll dance upon hardwood floors, enjoy the aesthetics of high vaulted ceilings with chandeliers, and relax upon banquet chairs to comfortably chat with your fellow dancers. We have a drinking fountain, restrooms, and air conditioning/heating.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐝𝐨𝐞𝐬 $𝟓-𝟏𝟎 𝐩𝐚𝐲 𝐰𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐜𝐚𝐧 𝐦𝐞𝐚𝐧?
We all have different financial situations, we want swing dancing to be affordable. The funds give us the potential to continue to grow. So we say, ”Pay what you can” or “Pay what you feel it’s worth to you”! Our hope is to provide a valuable night of learning, social experience, and connection! Whether that's $20, $10 or $5, we’re just grateful to be spending the night together.
