Recommended for dancers with little to no experience, this class covers ballet fundamentals like placement, balance, and posture. Students are guided through a comprehensive barre and structured center exercises by instructor Makino Hayashi. All adult classes are ongoing and welcome drop-ins at any time. More Info below.
