A specialized 6-week workshop for adults with ballet experience who want to begin pointe work safely. Classes meet for 30 minutes weekly at the barre to build the necessary foot and ankle strength for dancing en pointe. It is highly recommended to pair this with a preceding technique class for proper warm-up.
