Center of Movement provides the community with a welcoming and inclusive space for educational fitness activities. We believe in teaching our members exercises that both strengthen their bodies and condition their minds to get the most out of life. Our workouts encompass everyday movement patterns, focusing on agility, range of motion, core strength, and flexibility.
Mix it up with a variety of group exercise classes; highlights include Pilates, Yoga, Barre, and Dance. If you prefer a more one-on-one approach, private sessions with a Master Trainer are also available. Want to be an instructor? New in 2016, the Center of Movement now offers ITT Pilates Certification.
