Within the building contains artist studios, main level entertainment space to host performing and musical arts as well as special events, receptions and meetings. Also housed in the building is Gallery 353, an artist run fine art gallery showing local, regional and national artists of all types.
We are Just minutes away from Peoria's vibrant downtown arts scene, home to the Contemporary Art Center, Bradley University, The Peoria Symphony and The Peoria Civic Center to name a few.
